Please send a quick message before placing order if powder coating is desired. All standard size orders are $90 Flate rate per panel. Please include the design (or designs) needed, sizes, quantity, if ground stakes are needed and color. I’ll send you a custom invoice to checkout in the message inbox.

Powder Coating colors include: Dark Bronze, Black, White, and Slate Gray.

Powder coating helps protect against rust and corrosion. The powder coating is professionally coated by a local company. The powder coating is not under warranty.

Florida Residents: If purchasing powder coating, it’s highly recommended to also purchase the Zinc undercoat primer for additional protection, due to the salty environment.

If Ground stakes are needed please choose the option that reads “Ground Stakes”.

60″ PANELS CURRENTLY DO NOT INCLUDE STAKES. IF STAKES ARE NEEDED ON THE 60″ PANELS. THIS WOULD LIKELY REQUIRE FREIGHT SHIPPING OR $300 GROUND SHIPPING PER PANEL. (DUE TO UPS RATE INCREASES) WE CAN PROVIDE STAKED PANELS UP TO 56″ WHILE OFFERING FREE SHIPPING.

Please Note The Following:

Material: Our products are constructed of raw .14 gauge American Steel. The steel has a natural patina that may include darker spots in certain areas. The color of the steel is typically a darker gray/blue mixture.

The steel is not finished or coated unless requested, if exposed to moisture the natural steel will produce a rustic patina over time.

If you would like to move forward, we will then send a custom invoice with the charge included. Many choose to paint the screens themselves. If this is desired, rust resistant paint can be picked up at any major store including Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart, or ordered online for usually a few dollars a can. Rustoleum or Krylon brand is the recommended choices for do-it-yourself painting.

Ground Stakes: The 1/2″ solid steel ground stakes are welded to the backside of the panel in a fixed position. You may notice a small “heat spot” on the front of the panel, opposite of the tack weld. This ensures that the weld has penetrated the steel and that the stakes will not break off. We try to keep these heat spots to a minimum but they aren’t completely avoidable. This is rarely an issue but I feel it should be addressed.
