Iron Garden Gate, Original Woodland Gate, Nearly 6 Foot (70 Inch Tall)

My husband and I design and craft every metal piece we sell, using hammers, hand bender x, welder, plasma cutter, grinders and lots of elbow grease, for the last 30 years.
Our original unique woodland garden single gate 36” wide (plus 2” for our included hinges and 70” height, featuring wreath top, all steel hand bent vines, leaves, plasma cut birds, butterfly and dragonfly. Made from new 1” square steel frame with 4” spaced 1/2” steel spindles, steel rod vines and heavy 1” flat top arch.
Gates should be hung with a minimum of 2” clearance underneath for swing easement, so your overall height will be at or above 6’ when installed.
Gates can also be made with or without the C scrolls (just under the upper horizontal bar between each spindle) shown in last photo. These gates are made individually and do have variances. We try our best to make them as shown, but if there are specifics you want please note those on your order or message me before ordering.
Please allow 2 1/2” extra width when measuring your opening to allow for the adjustable hinges and latch. Latch is drilled with a 3/8″ hole for your optional padlock.
This single gate width is made to fit a – 38 1/2” wide opening including our 2” adjustible hinges. We can adjust widths smaller but this height gate cannot ship wider. Wider gates at this 70” height either have to ship as a double with a center latch or a bit shorter than 70” height. . Please inquirie with your shipping address so I can check costs to ship.
We don’t include posts, which need to be anchored in concrete and can be wood, steel or concrete. Gate weighs app. 60 pounds.
