This medieval style birdhouse is well constructed with new 1/2 inch fir plywood that has been nailed and glued together. It has been painted with three coats of exterior acrylic latex paint for long life and outdoor use. The roof is made with 3/8 inch exterior grade plywood and hand cut asphalt shingles.

The beams are precisely cut, hand painted, glued and pin nailed. The windows and doors comprise hand painted wood pieces that are glued in place. The front entrance hole measures 1.5 inch diameter and is suitable for sparrows, wrens, swallows, chickadees, and other small birds.

Post, brackets and screws for mounting are not included.

For easy cleaning there is a 3 inch diameter opening with wood cover on the back wall.

The size of this medieval style birdhouse is 10.75 inches wide at the front, 7.5 inches deep along the sides, and 11.5 inches high to the roof peak.
