*The majority of my listings are pieces that are already completed, if a listing is made to order it will be noted.
*Made-to-order pieces can take 2-4 weeks from start of project to completion, the average being 2 weeks.

MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
Window suction cups are NOT recommended for hanging stained glass as they can fail and cause items to fall and crack or shatter. Screw-in hooks or nails are recommended for anchoring to a wall, window trim or your ceiling, especially for larger pieces. I personally have also had success with strong adhesive window sticker hooks. Use your best judgement 🙂

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
After a while the solder on your stained glass piece may start to oxidize and lose its shine. This is a natural occurrence but to help fix this you can gently buff your piece with carnauba car wax or pledge furniture polish and a microfiber cloth. Do not use abrasive materials as it can remove patina.
*Each glass piece is coated with a protective wax to slow down the natural oxidization over time which is inevitable.
*Please handle the suncatcher with care when cleaning/dusting as it is made from fragile materials. You can gently buff the piece as mentioned above about two times a year and that will keep it looking great!

SAFETY DISCLAIMER
Stained glass art is made with 60/40 solder which contains lead. In this case lead is only harmful if ingested, so please make sure you wash your hands after handling and keep out of reach of children and pets. I coat the solder lines with a protective wax to protect the finish and prevent oxidation, however, it is recommended to wash your hands after handling your art piece as a precaution. Furthermore, stained glass art is fragile and not meant to be handled excessively anyway, so hang up your beautiful piece in an area with minimal contact, wash your hands, and enjoy it visually 🙂

*My stained glass creations are handcrafted in my home studio by me.
*Each suncatcher is unique since every piece is cut, foiled, soldered, and finished by hand meaning there may be slight variations from piece to piece or tiny blemishes upon very close inspection.
*Please also understand that because of the way that sheet glass is manufactured, there may be some slight imperfections in the glass, such as bubbles, pits, divots, etc. This is normal and does not negatively impact the quality of the glass. I do my very best to use glass without these imperfections, however that is not always possible.
*Each piece will be made with various types of glass and no two pieces will ever be the exact same, but I do my best to keep the overall colors and design as true to the picture as possible (unless otherwise requested) so that you love the final piece!
